IICleanliness surface tension contact angle testerFunction implementation of the series surface cleaning analyzer:

1. Before testing:

(1) By adjusting the front and back, left and right, up and down movement (XYZ) of the sampler, as well as the pitch angle and rise and fall (Z-axis) of the lens, the purpose of adjusting the focal length can be achieved.

(2) By controlling the guide rail to move back and forth, left and right (XY), move the infusion pump to the corner for easy sample loading.

2. During the testing process:

(1) By controlling the movement of the guide rail in the forward, backward, and left-right directions (XY), the angle values of water droplets at different points on the sample can be tested;

(2) By moving the sampler up and down (in the Z direction), the droplet transfer process is completed (transferring water droplets onto the LCD screen);

(3) By injecting droplets through the sampler and conducting angle analysis, the accuracy can reach 0.02uL.

3. Test implementation method:

(1) After capturing images of liquid droplets on the LCD screen with a camera, analyze the sensitive points and calculate the angle value;

(2) Calculation method: θ/2 method (WH method) or circle fitting method;

(3) The software makes appropriate adjustments to the top-down angle of the lens in order to achieve more accurate measurements.
